Our laboratory is staffed by a full-time research coordinator, Craig Howard, B.S., and by research fellows (whose positions are independent of the
clinical program).We are actively engaged in grant and locally funded research projects. We also offer skills training to medical students, residents, fellows and to attending surgeons from the geographic area, with
training offered from introductory microskills to advanced techniques. Laser animal surgery, electrodiagnostic testing, x-ray examination, histology, biomechanical and EM facilities are integrated within the
laboratory service. Our laboratory is a part of the Orthopaedic research facility, and thus integrates all aspects of musculoskeletal investigations. |
